6. Understanding How You Love & Attachment Pt. 2

In the continuation of the guest series with Jane Marczewski (@_nightbirde), we discuss how she was able to make a connection between the dynamics of her home as a child and how this led to her attachment style. Jane and Virginia explore how understanding attachment style can open a whole new door to healing we never knew we had access to. Jane outlines how once she understood her own attachment style, she was able to take responsibility for herself and begin the journey of healing.
